The GACC South is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with a branch office in Houston, Texas. The GACC South serves eleven Southern states – Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas, two U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as the Bahamas. 🇩🇪 🇺🇸 Germany was the largest international investor in the U.S. in 2025.

That’s great news for German investment in the United States!

The increase was driven by German multinationals, with $49 billion in new investment.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA), the foreign direct investment position in the United States increased by $266.0 billion to reach $5.86 trillion at the end of 2025. Europe led the increase, contributing $182.4 billion to the overall growth.
