ERG offers Accelerated Learning to Impact The COVID-19 Learning Loss planned supplemental programming to accelerate learning that will circumvent the effects of school closures, improve race relations, and promote racial equity.

ERG has planned activities to provide training and resources to principals, teachers, counselors who work with students served by the lowest performing schools in the state. The activities will take place (initially) in the Metro Atlanta area in classrooms, at training sites and virtually as appropriate.

Engaging education stakeholders to implement equitable practices that promote academic outcomes and guiding school leaders to enhance professional practices on issues that promote a school-wide framework of equity.

Education Equity for All People of Color

Inequities among schools in resource allocations, programs and curriculum based on race and income level of students have long plagued the education system. Schools have historically struggled with equity and few school resources have offered ‘boots on the ground’ assistance at the school level. Equity Research Group, Inc. was incorporated to provide technical assistance to help alleviate inequitable outcomes associated with schooling in America. We do this by working along side principals and teachers every step of the way.
