I'm not sure who needs to hear this, but that mental/physical/emotional exhaustion you feel is a sign to kick your feet up, soak in the tub and/or take that nap! Its okay to make time for rest, in fact, its important that we do. You will need all your energy to continue your journey!

Not only does our Please Ask campaign provide stats related to child sexual abuse, bring awareness to key topics related to preventing child sexual abuse, spotlight adult survivors’ journeys across 5 days, BUT it also has a healing component that any person that has experienced this type of trauma can benefit from.

Our 2024 campaign will feature sound healing by on 4/12/24 to end our week! We look forward to learning, healing and saving our youth with you!
