Rudy Giuliani has paid the $148 million judgment in a defamation lawsuit filed by Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Wandrea "Shaye" Moss, who he falsely accused of election fraud in 2020.

The court confirmed the judgment was satisfied on February 21, and Giuliani is permanently barred from making any statements about the workers related to the election.

The settlement resolves the case without admitting liability, and Freeman and Moss previously testified about the threats and reputational harm they faced due to Giuliani’s claims.
