Hey Grove Park neighbors, we need your presence tonight!

The Grove Park Neighborhood Association is holding a vote tonight at 7PM on something that matters deeply to Grove Park. We're asking to rezone 3 properties from R-4 to R-5. In exchange, we’re committing to keep those homes as long-term affordable rentals for 25 years and to put that promise in writing with a legally recorded agreement.
