October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a time to shine a light on a critical issue that affects millions of people worldwide. Domestic violence knows no boundaries—it can happen to anyone, regardless of gender, age, race, or socio-economic status.

During this month, the I Do Know Foundation unites to raise awareness, offer support, and break the silence surrounding domestic violence. It's a time to remember that we all play a role in ending this cycle of abuse and creating safer communities for everyone.

Remember, by standing together, we can make a powerful statement against domestic violence and create a safer, more supportive world for everyone. Let's break the silence and stop the violence.

Happy October, we welcome the month of October with open arms and hearts full of hope. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an essential time that is dedicated to raising awareness, disseminating knowledge, and offering love and support to those directly and indirectly affected by breast cancer.

Let’s remember the survivors who have courageously battled breast cancer, and the strong warriors who fought a good fight
