The owners of this gorgeous home say that their favorite thing about it is that it’s cozy and welcoming. We have to agree. Nothing says ‘come snuggle up’ like a warm cup of tea or hot cocoa by their fire place in the Fall.

Charming, inviting and functional, we invite you to come inside and visit this amazing space.

Located on a beautiful roundabout in the midst of azaleas and large oak trees, you will find this grand, white modern-day house. Its stunning and elegant interior will make you feel right at home. The owners’ favorite space in the house is the living room, where they have made an effort to make the space comfortable yet sophisticated, with a combination of family photos and cherished pieces. It is where they relax, host guests, and spend a lot of time together as a family.

This eclectic 1927 Virginia-Highland home has been renovated multiple times over the past 5 years by the current homeowners, who have done all the design work themselves.

We think you’ll particularly love the bright and cheerful breakfast room, with sun-filled windows and doors that warmly beckon you onto an outdoor deck for entertaining. And you definitely won’t want to miss the basement space that the homeowners converted into a speakeasy.

We think you’ll find it hard to resist feeling nostalgic in this fun space!
