It’s reaching the end of the school year!
Although school supplies are still essential. We want to celebrate the kids for all their achievements this year! We will be collecting donations to assist with a awards ceremony for the children at Grant Primary school in St. Ann, Jamaica.

Global Gen Teks (GGTeks) was created to inspire and assist the upcoming generation by providing opportunities through tech. The tech industry is expected to boom over the next decade and jobs can be done remotely.

We have partnered with a school in Jamaica 🇯🇲 to be the FIRST to go through the GGTeks program. We plan to provide equipment then teach technological skills to those apart of the program. With the skills provided by GGTeks, those children change their family dynamics.

WE NEED YOUR HELP! The school has 6 primary classrooms and 3 infant classrooms. 8 teachers. 122 students total (3 years old to 6th grade). Currently, all the teachers are sharing one laptop and the classroom has one small TV 😔

Maybe you can assist with contributing towards a laptop/desktop to make teaching assessable to students and teachers.

Maybe, you can buy some supplies from your local store and store for us to ship to the school.

Maybe, you would want to do more 👀.

Whatever it is, we’ll truly appreciate it. Be a blessing to someone today 🥰.

Paul Bogle (1822 – 24 October 1865) was a Jamaican Baptist deacon and activist. He is a National Hero of Jamaica. He was a leader of the 1865 Morant Bay protesters, who marched for justice and fair treatment for all the people in Jamaica.

Bogle is on the heads side of the Jamaican 10 cent coin. His face was also on the Jamaican two-dollar bill, from 1969 until 1989, when the two-dollar bill was cut out.

Marcus Garvey was an orator for the Black Nationalism and Pan-Africanism movements, to which end he founded the Universal Negro Improvement Association and African Communities League. Garvey advanced a Pan-African philosophy which inspired a global mass movement, known as Garveyism. Garveyism would eventually inspire others, from the Nation of Islam to the Rastafari movement.
