This is the Teen Experience and Leadership Program (TELP) in action — AIM x Grady’s pathway for rising 9th graders to learn and grow alongside Grady’s care team. This summer, scholars train side by side with Grady’s trauma and emergency care experts to earn a Stop the Bleed® certification: a nationally recognized credential in responding to emergencies before first responders arrive. We cap each session at 25 scholars so every hand gets real practice and every question gets answered.
