Ruth Liburd Foundation, Inc RLF is a US based 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization, created in honor of the late - MS RUTH LIBURD. Ruth Liburd Foundation was formed in honor of the late Ms.

It is designed to help our marginalized and disadvantaged communities. Ruth Liburd (aka Ruth Herbert) who was born in Nevis and resided in Cayon St. Kitts. We focus on making maximum positive efforts for our communities while visiting the needs of the marginalized and disadvantaged.
