ECF grants $20,600 to Crossroads Community Ministries (in partnership with St. Luke's Episcopal Church - Atlanta, GA), $8,800 to MUST Ministries (in partnership with St. Catherine's Episcopal Church in Marietta), $25,000 to Parole Advocates (in partnership with Grace-Calvary Episcopal Church Clarkesville), $20,000 to Rainbow Village (in partnership with Christ Church Episcopal in Norcross), and $10,000 to the Food Outreach Shared Ministry with St. Paul's Episcopal Church (Atlanta) and Emmaus House

God of freedom and justice, you break every chain and call us to true liberation. We hold before you the victims of human trafficking. We lament the significant human trafficking increase and insufficient protection revealed by the recently released Trafficking in Persons report. We grieve the evil that robs your children of dignity and freedom, and we cry out for your deliverance. Turn our sorrow into action: to rescue the oppressed, to shelter survivors, and to work toward justice. Grant wisdom, boldness, and compassion to advocates and all who labor for freedom. Through Jesus Christ, our redeemer, who sets the captives free and lives to make all things new. AMEN

Using a refrigerated truck funded in part by a $30,000 grant from the Episcopal Community Foundation for Middle and North Georgia, the pantry now runs drive-thru mobile distributions in surrounding areas, bringing food to neighborhoods where public transit or grocery stores are sparse.

When the pantry accepted the 2017 grant, it made a ten-year commitment to provide resources, education, and information to the Allatoona community in south Bartow County (32% living below poverty level). To do that, Red Door partnered with BLESS (a faith-based volunteer organization in Cartersville) and the Allatoona Resource Center (an organization managed by Bartow County government).
