We changed the date, but it’s only so we can have even more activities, toys, educational supplies, and more to giveaway at our 5th annual holiday party, “A Christmas Experience.” We are so excited to celebrate with everyone this year. We are so excited for our 5th Annual holiday event in Metro Atlanta, “A Christmas Experience.” This year’s event is going to be one for the books. We already have some great giveaways and toys secured just waiting to bring a bright smile to a child’s face. We will be creating the Eventbrite so everyone can register their children on Friday, November 7th. Stay tuned! ‼️Warning: any child who does not register for the event will not be guaranteed a gift but your family is still more than welcome to enjoy the holiday party and win giveaways and other prizes. ‼️

Day 1 where?! Our School Expansion Project at Christ Vision Academy in Accra, Ghana is half way complete. We are trying to expand the entire school in order to double the student capacity. When the children return we want them to get the education they deserve. We still need your help completing the second story! We accept monetary donations which will go towards improving the education of students by continuing to renovate the school. The impact this will have on the current students as well as future generations is immeasurable, which is why we are so dedicated to this project. We have been doing this project all on our own with the help of one donor but we need your help to finish it. Thank you for your support, and are looking forward to sharing more progress as we complete this project. Even if you can’t donate share this to others, more publicity makes the difference. We want to be able to finish the this project for the students of Ghana!

Happy New Year Everyone! While we celebrate the New Year we would like to recap and share some glamorous photos from our 4th Annual Christmas Experience. We received a donation from Dove that allowed to give every family that attended body washes and bar soaps. Our Christmas Clothing Corner featured hundreds of clothing items for the children 13-18. Thanks to Toys for Tots we were also able to give gifts for the children ages 0-12. Everyone enjoyed the giveaways which included laptops for the middle and high school students with the highest GPAs at the event, a 70inch TV, bikes, and more. Thank you for Santa and wife, our special face painting elf, Twinklz, the bouncy house and 360 team our food donors Johnnie and her amazing team at Delaware North’s Restaurant Department at Truist Park, and our amazing volunteers. We look forward to this event every year because it brings us joy to see how much the children enjoy the event. We hope that our 5th annual event in December will be allow us to make an even greater impact in Snellville. Stay tuned for our next events, and please feel free to share our ongoing school reconstruction project in Ghana, as we are half way done with the project and will be posting an update soon.

For we would like to ask you to donate to our school reconstruction project at Christ Vision Academy, a school for impoverished children ages 2-14 in Accra, Ghana. We’ve made tremendous progress in this project, and we would like to ask for your help to finish it so the school can have 2 stories. This will allow it to double its current student population of 234 students. Please help these underprivileged children by giving them access to a better education, and so they can build and achieve a better future for themselves and their community.

We have been excited since December 31st, 2023 for our 4th Annual Christmas Experience in Snellville, GA. This event has been confirmed since less than a week after our 3rd annual Christmas Experience took place. Zoar United Methodist church reached out to us and gave us a date. This along with testimonies from families that attend every year motivates us to improve on this event ever year, and we have been able to successfully do so since we were founded in 2019 and began this annual event in 2021. Thanks to the fundraising efforts of our amazing volunteers, and we have some amazing donations to give out this year. The Eventbrite is posted on our website, and we are looking forward to seeing everyone there.

We would like to thank for donating cosmetics to Power of Millennials. These items went to members of the community in Brooklyn and Atlanta at “Maino Day” on August 16th and “BKNTHAA (BK in the A)” on August 24th. 3 weeks ago on August 3rd we had our first Back-to-School giveaway of the month at Starrett City’s 50th Reunion BBQ. The community came together for an amazing event where our organization gave out 100 book bags filled with school supplies. We couldn’t have done this with the support of our amazing family friends, volunteers who help us fundraise, and our 2024 SYEP students. It’s always a privilege to be able to provide children with the resources they need to build and attain a productive future that they can desire.
