🇵🇭 25 YEARS OF BAYANIHAN IN COLUMBUS—and a new chapter begins! ✨

PACCGA was honored to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Bayanihan of Columbus, GA, recognizing a quarter-century of preserving Filipino culture, strengthening community, and bringing generations together.

Our PACCGA President Romielyn Bagay Joson was honored to deliver the inspirational message and celebrate the leaders, volunteers, and families who have carried the spirit of Bayanihan forward for 25 years.

The evening was also especially meaningful as the organization inducted its new leadership. A huge congratulations to our very own PACCGA VP for Greater Columbus, Dr. Faye Borja, as she steps into another leadership role as President of Bayanihan of Columbus! 👏🇵🇭

We are so proud to see our PACCGA leaders continuing to serve, lead, and build bridges throughout Georgia.

25 years strong—and a new chapter is just beginning. ❤️💙💛

Congratulations to Bayanihan of Columbus, Dr. Faye Borja, and the newly inducted leadership!

🇵🇭 COFACC IS COMING TO ATLANTA — AND THE PLANNING IS IN ACTION! 🇺🇸

PACCGA is proud to lead the local effort as we prepare to welcome business leaders from across the country for the COFACC National Strategic Planning Summit, January 15–16, 2027, at the Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway.

Spearheaded by PACCGA President Romielyn Bagay-Joson, our Atlanta Town Hall brought together Coalition of Filipino American Chamber of Commerce leadership, Atlanta business and local organization leaders, and representatives from our broader Asian community to share the Summit vision and explore opportunities for collaboration.

A heartfelt thank you to Honorary Consul Sarah Hawk and Barnes & Thornburg LLP for graciously hosting us, and to Cecilia and Kevin Miller for bringing together representatives from the Korean, Taiwanese, Hong Kong, and Singapore consular offices. 🌏

We were also glad to have our community partner 🍮 GAFlan | Filipino Leadership Alumni Network represented, including Tiffany Garnace, who also serves on the PACCGA Board. 🇵🇭

Representing COFACC were President Gerry Palon and EVP Ellen Samson. Joining President Romielyn from PACCGA were Dr. Faye Borja, Maebelle Alolong, Jamaica Villegas, Jhonna Sacote, Stefanee Clontz, and Eleanor Mae Pascual.

This is what building bridges looks like—connecting Georgia to a national network and creating opportunities for business, trade, leadership, and long-term collaboration. 🤝

When the knowledge is already in the room. 🥂💰

Our latest PACCGA TOAST was all about Cash Flow Strategies—bringing practical financial conversations, business education, and connection together in one evening.

And this one was extra special because our speakers were two of our very own PACCGA Coastal Georgia Chapter board members and business owners!

🎤 Maebelle Alolong, owner of The Narra Tree 🇵🇭🇺🇸 in Savannah, and Pam Rocio Nguyen of World System Builder, shared their knowledge, experiences, and strategies around understanding and managing cash flow, because making money in business is one thing, but knowing how to manage and position it for growth is another.

A BIG thank you to Chow Á La Carte, our venue sponsor, for opening its doors and giving our PACCGA community a space to learn, connect, and build relationships. 🥂

And of course, we can’t have TOAST without good food! 😋 Huge shoutout to our food sponsor, Jamaica The Impactmaker., also one of our very own PACCGA board members, for taking care of our community.

This is why we do TOAST.

It’s not just networking. It’s about tapping into the knowledge within our community, supporting our businesses, sharing resources, and helping each other grow.

Thank you to everyone who came out, connected, learned, and TOASTed with us! 🇵🇭🇺🇸🥂

✨ Representation matters—but showing up and building relationships is where the real impact begins.

PACCGA was proud to be represented in Greater Columbus by our Chapter Vice President, Dr. Faye Borja, at the All White Gala & Community Fundraiser, hosted by the Controller’s Civic and Social Club LLC.

Dr. Borja attended as a guest of Cashflow Cares, the nonprofit organization behind 706 Day, and spent the evening connecting with leaders who are actively investing in and strengthening the Columbus community.

The evening included the opportunity to meet Columbus’ mayor-elect, reconnect with longtime Georgia leader and former State Representative Calvin Smyre, and spend time with DJ Cashflow, CEO of Cashflow Cares, Keyshia Battee-Simpson, his director, and other community leaders.

This is what growing PACCGA across Georgia looks like. 🇵🇭🤝🇺🇸

It’s not simply about attending events—it’s about being present in the communities we serve, building relationships outside of our own circles, and creating bridges that can lead to future partnerships and opportunities for our members.

Thank you, Dr. Borja, for representing our PACCGA Greater Columbus Chapter and continuing to make sure our Filipino-American business community has a seat at the table. ❤️💙

Building business. Strengthening community. Creating opportunities.
