Do want to help see a victory for the people in Georgia? A family law victory. Custody law changes. Child support law changes. A victory against the juvenile court system. The judge, the state attorney for the department of family and children services, the crooked child attorney whose ties to the department of family and children services defense have made his dual role as gaurdian ad litem a corruption of public office, the second most important position of the juvenile court beside the judge.

MY FAMILY IS INVOLVED IN CASES AT THIS COURT AND DESPITE US HAVING OUR OWN SAFETY PLAN AND PUTTING OUR KIDS IN OUR CHURCH LEADERS HOME AT THE TIME, THIS DEPARTMENT USED THREATS AND MANIPULATION TO FORCE STATE SERVICES IN A SITUATION THAT BY LAW HAD NO NEED.
Quick list of facts:
1. The Defense for the department have worked hand in hand with the child attorney/gaurdian ad litem. Conflict of interest.
2. The Gaurdian and the Defense for DFACS have also worked with a defendants step-parent for years, until that parent was barred from practice in Spalding county.
3. The Defense and gaurdian attacked the religion of defendants and asserted it validated their question of mental stability of the defendants.
4. Other constitutional rights were infringed like rights to face accusers, Clear and convincing evidence, the right to access public property, Ga hearing timeline/terms laws, which truly led to kidnapping children because by law they've should've been returned to parents.
5. The only material witness for DFACS is under oath testifying lies, and after being cross examined later, was admittedly a perjurer. Cover-ups, denial of services, mismanagement, negligence, and corruption.
6. The judge of this court, allows whatever to protect her seat and the states interest while neglecting citizens rights and child safety. The DFACS defense team types up all orders and summons, and the judge signs without hesitation or JUSTIFICATION.
7. Children have been transported without safety seats, witnessed running towards cars while workers for the department of family and children services watch, and this has been witnessed twice. The Court and Gaurdian ad litem along with the Department of family and children services defense turns a blind eye, or looks to blame others in their attempt to save themselves, without regard to the safety, best interest, or well being to children in their care.
It's obvious this department and court have never really rehabilitated anyone and don't know what it looks like to actually help a family. They have caused way more harm than good for our children. Proven by diagnosis. The Fact we didn't get to see our Children in person for 7 months. For all of this, this state service should be shut down prosecuted, and ordered to pay restitution. The state of Georgia should change/update and put in place real help and services under a completely new name and the role and authority should be scrutinized and overall revised, revamped, really and truly reborn.
