A violent organized gang operating out of Atlanta, Ga has access to technology that is a threat to national security. The technology has bern a constant threat to me and my family as the group of drug dealers, scammers, hackers and content creators continue using the tech to live stream, record and distribute the r**es of woman and children online for profit. The gang operates the live stream online feed 24/7 and uses it to stream the lives of others for profit, entertainment, soliciting murder for hire and supporting phedopilles with child pornograhpy. The live streaming online feed has the caps of support multiple camera images, videos and a chat feature running simultaneously at the same time as they operate and distribute the feed nationwide. The criminal network allows other criminals to view the lives of others, supports in committing crimes and allows two way communication thru the camera’s connection. The gang has the technology to place cameras on mulitple surfaces and recording live streaming tracking following and stalking the victim 24/7, running them and their daily activities on a live stream online platform. The group is able to place a number of caneras in s single location wirh no wires, physical equipment or wifi access needed. They can place 8-10 cameras in a single room, placing them on surfaces like walks, windows, doors, ceilings and even inside toilets as they stalking and display the feed of the cameras online for thier viewers to watch 24/7 as they subscribe to the network’s feed. They are able to take the live streaming recording videos and edit them to make wgat they call movies to distribute at will for profit. They are able to use these cameras to connect to you no matter your location at home, in an airplane, walking down the street a grocery store even an open air park. They can also connect to the locations bluetooth devices and use them to amplify the sound for the two way connection to allow themselves to be heard over its speakers, they have done this in vehicles, at a stadium, in grocery stores and even in movie theaters. They are able to connect these caneras in vehicles with no bluetooth system or modern tech and ride along with you the entire time seeing and hearing everything you do but you in turn can hear them;thus the two way connection. The technology and access it allows the group is a threat to national security and US citizens everywhere. What they have done and the access they have to citizens can be considered domestic terrorism. They have not only used the tech to gang stalk but to live stream record and distribute the r**es and murders of over 100 woman and children in the Detroit and surrounding areas since 12/5/2021. They have used the caneras to place targets on citizens and use the live streaming online platform to solict murder for hire, recruit gang members and gang affiliates and stream the r**es and murders of their targets. They in turn play the audio of the r**es for the targets to hear and the activities of the live streaming feed 24/7 the same way they run it. They have caused car accidents, have been able to live stream personal moments such as doctors visits, banking information, showering, using the bathroom and your personal home and whereabouts 24/7 to the nationwide audience watching the live feed. They have bern able to pull off the murders by using the information found on social media pages, phone contact list and device information. They have used the live streaming online platform to solict murder for hire by displaying the stolen images from the device and social media and running the victims images as the begged the viewers to go out and murder the people in the image for profit. They have been able to use the live feed, cameras and connections to follow your movements nationwide and use gang affiliates in the other States to stalk, carry out the murder request and spy in to every detail of your life past and current as they share your life, personal information and childs information online with the criminal network. They have bern able to commit breakins, attempted robberies, murders, gang r**es, identity thefts and various other crimes thru the constant connection and access to their targets. I have been able to sit my phone/recorders down and record the audio they play of the r**es and themselves stalking making death threats and soliciting the murder for hires on 4 different devices. The cameras have the ability to see under covers/clothes and in the dark. The cameras can also connect and use other physical cameras setup such as ring, street cameras, store cameras and various other surveillance system to continue and piggyback off displaying the live feed
