The Valor Academy is committed to equipping transitional youth of color with the essential life and career competencies needed to thrive on their transition to adulthood. We believe providing a platform for our mentees to be well-groomed is essential to their future endeavors; most importantly, the impact they make on the world. As our mentees transition into adulthood, the 49-week Valor Academy e

quips them with the essential skills, etiquette, tools, and training they need to prosper. With our blueprint, we have strategically designed our academy to empower our mentees to discover, identify, and act upon their gifts, purpose, and destiny successfully.

Black Men of Valor is committed to the mentorship, cultivation, and grooming of underdeveloped Black Male High School Seniors. We believe providing a platform for young men to be groomed before transitioning into adulthood is critical to their future endeavors and the impact they will make on the world. BMOV built a culture and foundation on Edification, Enlightenment, Empowerment, Elevation, and Excellence - our blueprint to success. BMOV passionately believes the trajectory of the Black Community is dependent upon our ability to lift a generation of Black Men of Valor. We believe the edification, enlightenment, and empowerment of young black men is a direct link to the advancement of the Black Community, furthermore, the advancement of our Nation.

Through providing robust After School Programming, Youth Summer Camps, Recreational Center Outlets, and Mentorship, Black Men of Valor vows to equip young black men to fulfill their dreams, goals, and aspirations.
