💬 About the Conversation Facilitator: This person is all about connecting and guiding conversations around the COVID-19 vaccine and/or American Democracy in a brave and respectful manner. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Out of Hand is looking for Stage Managers and Conversation Facilitators to help bring powerful stories to life and create space for real dialogue in our community. If you’re organized, creative, outgoing, and passionate about giving back to your local Atlanta community, this could be for you.

🎭 About the Stage Manager: This person will lead the seamless ex*****on of our 2026 ‘We Hold These Truths’ performances by keeping every moving part organized, aligned, and running smoothly. This role serves as the central hub of communication – supporting cast and staff, preserving artistic vision, and ensuring each show is executed with excellence.

💬 About the Conversation Facilitator: This person is all about connecting and guiding conversations around the COVID-19 vaccine and/or American Democracy in a brave and respectful manner. Fluency in Spanish is required.

🇺🇸 Our ‘We Hold These Truths’ program has officially launched!! We’d like to thank the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Atlanta for hosting our debut with 80 attendees!!!

On March 21, actor Geoffrey Williams performed “Tell Them About the Dream,” a piece written by Out of Hand Theater Associate Artist Dana Stringer & directed by Nikki Young.

➡️ 'We Hold These Truths' is an Equitable Dinners program presented by Out of Hand that sparks powerful conversations on American Democracy through art & a shared meal.
