🦋Butterfly Sighting🦋
In 2018, Ayecia made a conscious decision to take back her power! She openly shares her story of depression, being overweight and breaking free from an abusive relationship. Ayecia began to focus on her health - mentally, emotionally and physically through working out and eating clean.
After losing over 80lbs, her desire to keep growing in her power - Powerlifting became the sport that helped her turn her pain into passion. Fast forward to now, 6 years after the start of her journey, she’s a Powerlifting World Champ! Tomorrow, she will attempt breaking the Guinness World record for deadlifts in her home town.
Ayecia’s mission is to show other women that their strength is their power. That women can be in a strength sport & still maintain their femininity. That they can do anything that they put their minds to. That they hold the power and to always be true to themselves!
To our Queen Ayecia, we will be there rooting for you. Please know that you are and will forever be a Champ! You have your POWER back and no one can ever take that from you. We love you & support you our bald & beautiful butterfly. Thank you for sharing your story and being an inspiration to us all.

For Valentine’s Day, we got to present 18 third graders with Self Love Goodie Bags! Encouraging Self Love and not to look to outside things or people to make them happy. To seek joy in themselves and what they enjoy. To know that they matter and to always show love to themselves. 🦋
Because of your continuous support, giving, and love… these third graders have journals to write.
It is proven that positive imagery, positive influences and positive words heard makes a HUGE impact on the growth of youth.

The feeling of being lost is temporary, the feeling of “how did I get here?”, that feeling of… I’ve lost control and my way.
That’s a sign you need to step back. Take a pause. Go silent and remember who you are & how to regain the power that lives inside of you.
