Presenting a collaboration with & to help create an experience of a lifetime! We are asking for everyone’s support. The goal is to host at least 20 pregnant women and provide them with everything they would need for their new journey! Our plan is to host a community baby shower every two months!

Before stretching, remember to trust and listen to your body and don’t overstretch. 🤎

Stretching potentially helps reduce tearing and helps with the labor process.
It can help with stress and anxiety. It may decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath. Prenatal yoga breathing techniques might help you reduce or manage shortness of breath during pregnancy and work through contractions during labor.
