Good morning friends! Today is “Giving Tuesday”! It’s a day to support non-profits near and dear to your heart!

If you aren’t aware already, 3 years ago, I, along with two other co-founders, started the United Circle of Love Inc., a grief support organization that supports an inclusive community of children and young adults ages 5-24 who has experienced the loss of a parent, caregiver or sibling.

We focus on children and young adults healing in a safe space with Mental Health experts on-hand, coupled with a caregiver support system that focuses on healing the entire family unit.

Our goal today is to raise $5,000 to continue the work necessary to help our grieving youth. Would you be so kind to help with a donation of any kind by clicking the link attached?

We thank you in advance! 🙏🏾

Sunday-Fun-Day and Mental Health Day as we hosted our first parent-child “Healing the Culture” Buzz Session for the Atlanta community of kids and young adults who’ve lost a parent, caregiver or sibling to Covid-19 or to another illness or su***de.

We shared stories of loss, hope and spoke freely about our loved ones. We did activities and both the adults and children took time to draw… 😊 and leave inspirational messages for our “Love Wall”.

As many of you know, when London (my 10-year old ) lost her dad to Covid-19 in August 2021, I started a non-profit, United Circle of Love, Inc. to ensure that kids like London and my granddaughters had a “safe space” to be in and to share their stories and thoughts all while partaking in fun activities and learning.

My call to action to those of you reading this: If you know of a child or young adult, ages 5-24 years old that have experienced the loss of a parent, caregiver or sibling, please, send them our way. We will embrace them in our circle and I guarantee you, they will love it 😊.

For more information on our programs, please visit our site, www.unitedcircleoflove.org and please consider leaving a donation. Our programs are FREE and therefore we welcome all donations, both monetary and in-kind donations (food, clothing, gift cards, services etc.) for our members as well as for the single parent that’s raising our member.
