🥢🇯🇵 Thank you so much for joining our Okonomiyaki Cooking Class!

We had such a fun time learning about Japanese food culture and making our own Okonomiyaki! 🥬🥓✨

One thing that surprised me was that almost everyone was unfamiliar with the term “B-kyu Gourmet” (B級グルメ)! 😂

So, what exactly is B-kyu Gourmet?

You can learn more about this fun part of Japanese food culture on Yukako’s Podcast! 🎙️🇯🇵
Check it out here:

For this class, we used Otafuku Okonomiyaki Flour and Okonomiyaki Sauce. Otafuku Foods You can find them at many Japanese grocery stores, including H Mart and Buford Highway Farmers Market.

And the best part? Okonomiyaki is super easy to make! Just chop, mix, and cook. 🙌

I think it would be a perfect dish for a potluck party—easy to make, fun to customize, and great for sharing with friends!

So now I want to know…

🌟 What B-kyu Gourmet would YOU like to try this summer? 🌟

Tell me your recommendations in the comments! 👇🥢
