By participating in our Kentucky Derby on May 6th at Tuscan Kitchen in Salem, NH, you are supporting our "Friends Helping Friends Fund". This is essentially an “emergency” fund that helps recipients with a one-time need that is not covered under other programs in NH.

Because of fundraising events such as these, we were recently able to assist an elderly woman who lived independently but struggled accessing her washer and dryer that was set up in her basement. Friends Helping Friends helped fund the cost of moving the appliances to the first floor so she could age safely in the comfort of her own home.

To all our friends and family within the community, please join us this year for our 2017 Kentucky Derby party! This will be a fun filled event with great food, auctions, hat contests and more!

Tickets are $60 per person. All proceeds will go towards supporting the “Friends Helping Friends” fund which was created by “Friends of ServiceLink”, a private non-profit 501(c) 3 organization whose mission is to support the programs of the ServiceLink Resource Centers in Rockingham County.

The “Friends Helping Friends” fund allocates a one-time grant to disabled adults and seniors within our community in order to help them maintain their highest level of independence and quality of life. It is in part because of events such as our annual Kentucky Derby party, that we are able to continue giving back to our community! More information on how to purchase tickets will be available soon.
