Dress the Part. Be the Standard.

At St. Francis High School, how you present yourself matters. Our dress code is designed to create a focused learning environment while teaching our young men how to dress with confidence, professionalism, and respect.

Here’s what you need to know for the 2026–27 school year:

FALL | Sept. 11–Oct. 9
SFHS polo or dress shirt & tie

WINTER | Oct. 13–Mar. 24
Dress shirt, tie & approved SFHS outerwear
*Freshman must earn the privilege of wearing quarter-zips

SPRING | Apr. 6–June 4
SFHS polo or dress shirt & tie

EVERY DAY
Dress pants, Belt, Visible socks, Dress shoes

DRESS-UP DAYS
On designated Dress-Up Days, students are expected to wear:
Sports coat or suit, Dress shirt, Tie, Dress pants, Belt, Dress shoes, Socks

Throughout the year, students will also have opportunities for Dress-Down Days, Game Day Spirit, club and activities recognition, and other special occasions.

The dress code isn't just about what you wear, it's about learning to carry yourself with confidence and setting a standard for yourself and those around you.

It was great to see so many families, new and returning, join us for our Back-to-School BBQ!

With the hustle and bustle of getting ready for a new school year, it’s nice to slow down, enjoy some good food and even better company, and soak in a beautiful summer day.

St. Francis is always at its best when we have the opportunity to come together as a community.

A tremendous thank you to our Parents Guild for making it all possible!

St. Francis High School is proud to announce the five newest members of the Fr. Rufinus Niedzwiecki St. Francis Athletic Hall of Fame!

These five distinguished alumni will be honored for their outstanding accomplishments and contributions to St. Francis athletics during a special induction ceremony on Friday, October 9 at 6 p.m. in the Gacioch Family Athletic Center.

The celebration is part of St. Francis Homecoming Weekend, taking place October 9–10.

Congratulations to the 2026 St. Francis Athletic Hall of Fame Class! We look forward to celebrating you and your legacy with the Red Raider community.

Welcome to the St. Francis Family 🦅

Today, our newest Red Raiders gathered for orientation as they took their first steps into life at St. Francis. They learned what it means to be a true Franciscan man, what to expect as a student, how to tie a tie, and (perhaps most importantly) how to chant like a Red Raider.

With more than 125 students strong, the Class of 2030 is a historic one: they will become the 100th graduating class in St. Francis High School history. Alongside them, we're so glad to welcome 26 new transfer students who have decided that St. Francis is the right school for them.

Gentlemen, welcome to St. Francis. Welcome to the Brotherhood. Welcome to the next four years of your lives.

We can't wait to see what you accomplish.

Last week, a group of our St. Francis seniors traveled to Philadelphia for a week of service at the St. Francis Inn.

Since 1979, the St. Francis Inn has served as a restaurant-style soup kitchen, where Franciscan Friars OFM, Franciscan sisters, lay staff, and volunteers work together to serve hundreds of guests each day.

Our students spent the week serving others, participating in daily Mass with the friars, and experiencing the Franciscan mission firsthand.

They also had the opportunity to explore Philadelphia, visiting historic sites including Independence Hall, the Betsy Ross House, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to send our students out into the world to serve, learn, and grow!

The field has been buzzing all week as Coach Clark leads our soccer campers through a week of drills and scrimmages. They’re learning, competing, and showing off some serious soccer skills!

Who knows… maybe we’ve got a future World Cup player out there!

Who's ready for football? 🏈 🦅

The St. Francis Red Raider Football team hit the field today for the first official practice of the 2026 season!

Coach Smith is back at the helm, leading our young men into what promises to be another incredible season. This team has built a tradition of excellence, and they're ready to get to work and show it once again when the games begin in September.

With Red Raider football back and the Bills already kicking off the preseason, it's a great time to be a football fan in Buffalo!
