From our Cub Scout pack 4018 to the Athens community. We would like to say a heartfelt thank you! To the 380 people who showed up we appreciate you choosing us to shop. To the vendors who came and shared your skills and talents with us we are incredibly grateful. To the Cub Scouts and Scouts who came and helped vendors load and unload vehicles. We thank you from the bottom of our heart. We look forward to next year. Scouting is awesome.

Twas the night before the Pack 4018 Craft and Vendor event and all through Harlan Rowe, Cub Scouts were scurrying with tables in tow. The vendor stations were set up with care, in hopes that happy shoppers soon will be there! Remember, we are open from 10 to 2. Merry Christmas to all from us to you!!!

🎄COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT FROM CONNELL’S FREEDOM FARMS CONSTRUCTION!🎄

We’ve just received a very important bulletin straight from the North Pole… and let’s just say, it came with a little holiday sparkle.

Under solid intel, it appears that Pack 4018 Craft and Vendor Fair — happening THIS Saturday, December 6th from 10–2 at Harlan Rowe Middle School (200 Wildcat Way, Athens, PA) — put in an urgent request for some very special guests.

And because community matters around here, the team at Connell’s Freedom Farms Construction pulled a few festive strings…

🎅 SANTA & MRS. CLAUS ARE MAKING A SPECIAL APPEARANCE! 🤶

While we can’t confirm if they’ll stay the entire event (those reindeer schedules are tough this time of year), we can promise they’ll be there for at least a couple of hours to spread joy, hear wish lists, and take photos to capture the holiday magic. 📸✨

So bundle up the kiddos and join us!
Between the holiday fun, photos with the Clauses, and a gym full of amazing local vendors, it’s the perfect way to kick off your holiday shopping while supporting the Pack and our community.

Pack 4018 Craft and Vendor sale Saturday, December 6 from 10 to 2 at Harlan Rowe middle school. Come bring your kids. We have a station set up that they can make an ornament for a dollar. Let them make something cool for their very own Christmas trees! Please share this with a friend.

Good morning,
The vendor fair is all set for Harlan Rowe Middle School on December 6th, 2025. Vendors may begin arriving at 8am to set up their area. We will have a concession stand there as well (in case that's early for people and we ALL need our coffee). Can't wait to see you all there!

Last year was a huge success at the Pack 4018 Vendor and Craft sale… we hope to see you this Saturday, December 6 from 10 to 2 at Harlan Rowe middle school… there will be tons of scouts there to help you out. Come check out the musicians, Santa and the Grinch. Fill your stockings. Can’t wait to see you there.
