Our first summer at Fox Den is underway and we are loving every minute of it! One of the best parts so far has been welcoming all the new faces through our doors. Whether they’re creating tiny furniture during Miniature Crafts, teaming up for Tabletop Games, testing out new recipes during Snack Making, or getting creative during Paper Crafts, it’s been wonderful watching kids jump in and find their place here🦊🧡 if you haven’t yet, be sure to join us for one of our many drop-in classes! Pay the drop-in or get a membership for the summer. M-Th 12pm to 6pm, F 12pm to 9pm, Sat-Sun 12pm to 4pm. See you soon!

Make your plan to vote now! Early voting for the Athens-Clarke County mayoral runoff is available June 8-12. If you can’t make it during early voting, Fox Den is here to help on Election Day.

On June 16 from 2-6 PM, we’re offering up to 2 free hours of Den Hours so parents and caregivers can cast their ballots without worrying about childcare. Kids ages 4+ can enjoy all the fun at Fox Den while you head to the polls.

Spaces are limited and advance registration is required. Reserve your spot in the Fox Den app under “Den Hours.”

Voting matters. Childcare shouldn’t be a barrier. 🦊🗳️

We’re kicking off Fox Den Summer Camps next week and MythBusters Camp is ready for curious kids who love testing ideas, building things, and asking “what happens if…?” 🔬

From cinematic stunt experiments to hands-on science challenges, this camp is all about hypothesizing, testing, and repeating. Perfect for curious tweens and teens ages 11+ who want a week full of creativity, problem-solving, and big energy.

June 1-5
Monday-Friday | 9am-2pm
Ages 11+

We still have a few spots left, but camp sizes stay intentionally small for the best experience.

We’re thrilled to share that Fox Den Third Space has been selected as a recipient of a microgrant from the VELA Founder Network! 🎉🦊

VELA supports everyday entrepreneurs who are creating innovative learning opportunities for children and families outside of traditional school settings. Through its founder network and microgrants, VELA helps organizations like ours grow creative, community-based spaces where kids and teens can play, learn, and belong.

We are incredibly grateful that VELA believes in our mission to provide a safe, welcoming third space where young people can explore their interests, build friendships, and develop new skills.

A portion of this funding will go directly toward tuition assistance for our summer programs so that more families can participate, regardless of financial circumstances.
