Congratulations to Herb Hoffman on his retirement with Star Regional Medical Center - Athens. 53 years of service at the hospital and he is still dragging that stinky Alabama swag around. We'll work on him in his retirement days to convert him to a real team. Go vols! Just kidding Herb - have a great retirement!!!

A big thank you to all our volunteers at the Athens Lions Club RAM clinic last weekend. Patients and volunteers were wonderful! Over a hundred folks were treated - medical, dental and vision.. We had a great day!! Also "thank you" to the Good Faith Clinic and Remote Area Medical!

Last month The Athens Lions welcomed the McMinn 4 H speech club to our lunch meeting. They gave great speeches! We wish them the best in their future endeavors!
