M.A.C.C./F.A.C.T. M.A.C.C./F.A.C.T. is a student organization at the University of Georgia geared toward advocating a positive change in the Athens-Clarke County community.

TMAC, INC. (The Males Advocating Change Incorporated) is a non-profit, 501(c) (3), educational consultant firm, established in 1995. We are increasing youth awareness and encouraging community affiliates to be creative when developing youth prevention and intervention skills. TMAC operates as an umbrella organization for its two branches MACC (Males Advocating Change Collection) and FACT (Females

Advocating Change Together). MACC and FACT collaborate to improve on gender issues. By working together, they have not only developed a positive approach on addressing each other’s issues but creating an environment that allows young men and women to be respected and appreciated every day. Both are addressing today’s issues to empower themselves in becoming decision makers, problem solvers, and economically, self-sustaining citizens.

The workshop was fun. They talked about the different majors in college. We also played a job charades game and they talk us out of bad things like gangs. They also teach you NOT! to gossip.

My name is Gershavia Sims, What I like about the program is that they tell me the same thing both of my wonderful parents tell me .They tell me that school comes first and try to do your best at what you do.Well to be honest,For everybody who thinks all the bad stuff is cool IT'S NOT!!!!!!!!!
