Ethiopia - drilling prep!

10/13/2026

One more BIG thank you because we simply couldn’t have done it without you! 💙

To every volunteer who showed up, jumped in and cheered on our Villagers and to every sponsor who helped make this incredible day possible, THANK YOU!

You gave your time, your support and your heart to make the Breckenridge Village Triathlon a day filled with joy, accomplishment and some pretty unforgettable moments.

Our Villagers CRUSHED it and you helped make every swim, bike ride and step possible! 🏊‍♂️🚲🏃‍♂️

We are so grateful to have a community that shows up BIG for our Villagers.

Hope Springs Water is in the Illuu and Becho Waredas of central Ethiopia this week. We’re drilling in a school in Asgorii where 300+ children attend school in shifts…half the kids in the morning and the other half in the afternoon. They’re like kids everywhere…curious, playful, and sometimes mischievous. Please join with Hope Springs Water as we bring them safe water, sanitation, and hygiene education and supplies.
“Then people brought little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them and pray for them. But the disciples rebuked them. Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

Before the drill ever touches the ground, we begin with prayer.

While we trust the skills of our drilling team and our partners in Honduras, our greatest confidence is in the Lord. We ask Him to keep our team safe, guide us to clean water, and use us to be a witness of His love in the community we are serving.

Every well begins with prayer because every well is about more than water—it's about bringing hope.

Please join us in praying for our team this week.
