Sammy Jun's Bakery & Snack Shack in Limestone County, AL will Teach & Employ Young Adults w/Special Needs to Create & Sell Delicious Gluten-Free Baked Goods, Barista Style Coffee Drinks & Hand Dipped Ice Cream Served in Fresh Waffle Cones Our mission is to enrich the lives of young adults living w/Autism, Downs’s Syndrome & other intellectual or developmental disabilities by providing hands-on voc

ational training & teaching foundational skills that will enable them to live life to its fullest potential while promoting a sense of individuality, accomplishment & the self-confidence that comes w/leading a meaningful life. They will gain first-hand experience in the food service industry including food preparation & presentation, the proper use & cleaning of all equipment & customer service skills all while preparing delicious Gluten-Free baked goods for our neighbors.
