This page is under construction! I am trying to create some friendly rules for this group in the "friendly city of Athens". I hope you all are excited as I am to start posting stuff that you don't want anymore or cleaning out your closet/storage like I did! I'm going to be posting some 50 Cent items that you can bid on and I will also be posting items I have as set your own price. Here is an example of a post:
First it will have the picture of the item for bid or sale, and you are only allowed to post one! Any other photos go in the comment section! After you post the picture there is a spot where you can add a description of the item. For example I post a picture of a candle that has been used once because I did not like the smell of it. I would post above the picture that this is a used candle only used once in good condition for Set Your Own Price $1.00 firm. Another example is I post a pair of pants size large in good condition bid starts at $0.50 minimum but you may ask $1.50 for the pants and a member comes along and bids $2 then another member bids $2.50 before the 48 hours is up so the member that bid the highest $2.50 wins the pair of pants for $2.50! It's pretty simple and kind of like eBay except you can go and pick up your pair of pants that you won in your hometown the very same week. I am still trying to decide where to meet and I believe the best place would be at the Save-A-Lot in Athens because they have a rather large parking lot..... Happy bidding and Set your own price!! I'm going to make a few rules to put in the about section and if we all abide by these rules we should have a fun, smooth, and friendly experience in this group.... This group makes second hand sales, cleaning out your closet/storage, spring cleaning, and Swap and Shop easy and fun!!!!
