Our Story

A student-led organization associated with Ohio University. The group is composed of Ohio University students who are interested in participating in service projects to address needs in our local communities and is guided by our faculty adviser, Professor Kerri Shaw. We abide by three pillars. The first pillar is professional development. We bring in presenters to help develop our skills as future social workers. The second pillar is service. We aim to become involved in local organizations which work to aid in the well being of the surrounding area. The third pillar is self care. We plan activities to enhance our own well being, including our annual Mindfulness Retreat.
