Babs Kall has been involved in art her entire life. In her professional career she owned a corporate design company for 32 years in the Ft. Lauderdale, Florida area. Since 2001 she has delved primarily into the art glass world creating stained glass, mosaic glass and especially fused and cast glass creations. This art is filled with a variety of textures and colors, full of whimsy and fun — always something new to try out. Whether it hangs on a wall or in a window, or is sculptural in nature, glass offers so many design opportunities.
Feel free to contact Babs at [email protected] or visit her website BabsGlass.com

A mural of a 19th Century engineer which appeared on the side of a building has been painted over after the owner said they were not asked for permission.
The image of Isambard Kingdom Brunel was done by artist Steve Jenkins on a property on Neath Road in Briton Ferry, Neath Port Talbot, and was funded and unveiled by Neath Port Talbot councillor Gareth Rice earlier this year.
But the owner said no-one had contacted them about the plan and the painting came as a shock.
Brunel, who is described as one of the most “versatile and audacious” engineers of his time, built Briton Ferry Dock to handle coal and goods for the Vale of Neath Railway.

Muralists beware! Make sure you have permission in writing before you put your hard work on the side of a building.
