Congratulations to our Ship Boatswain Gus Kilman on being selected to sail on the Coast Guard Barque Eagle this August. A tremendous honor!

The 295-foot Barque Eagle is the flagship of the U.S. Coast Guard. She serves as a training vessel for cadets at the Coast Guard Academy and candidates from the Officer Candidate School. The Eagle is the only active-duty sailing vessel in America's military, and one of only two commissioned sailing....

Police recovered our scout trailer in the Malakoff area. As you can see the thieves tried to change the color with spray paint. It is a total loss. Very sad.

Ship 11 has arrived for Sea Scout Academy 2020.

Our Troop 11 Scout Trailer was stolen sometime last night on or about January 2nd. A police report has been filed and hopefully it is recovered. It is terrible when thieves will steal from kids and a church. Thankfully it had very little gear inside. I will keep you updated if we hear any news.
