To say this kitty is violent would be an understatement. He was trapped by a Cobb resident and brought to the shelter as they did not want free roaming cats near their home. He cannot be returned, which leaves limited options for him.

Some dogs just donโ€™t shine in a kennel, so they get overlookedโ€ฆ and Rex is one of them.

This sweet, sensitive boy has been at the shelter since December, quietly watching the world go by and learning to trust. The noise and chaos of the kennel can be overwhelming for him, which means he doesnโ€™t always show his true self when you walk by.

Heโ€™s recently been moved to a quieter side of the shelter to help him decompress, so please be sure to ask to see Rex since he won't be on the adoption floor, but he's still available for adoption. With a little patience and kindness, Rex is the kind of dog who will form a deep, loyal bond with his person.

He doesnโ€™t need much, just someone willing to go slow and give him a chance!
