Apologies again to all for the short notice. I've been out of state and the Board has decided to go back to every other week meetings, and not necessarily in a consistent pattern. The Board of Directors of the Stadium Village Condominium Association would like to remind owners and residents of the following rules and regulations regarding balconies and breezeways. There is a minimum fine of $25 per occurrence per day for each violation.

The Stadium Village Courtesy Officer conducts daily patrols of the property and notifies the property manager of any violations. Owners and residents may notify the Courtesy Officer of any violations (including a picture, building letter and unit number is always helpful). If you have any questions, please contact our Property Manager, Claire McHan of Compass Association Management, [email protected] or 706-549-9600.

• Balconies must always be kept neat and clean. No garbage, rugs, towels, laundry, clothing, or other items shall be stored, hung or draped on railings or other portions of the balcony or patio that is apportioned to the Unit.

• No bicycles, pool floats kayaks or items over 42 inches in height may be stored on balconies or in breezeways.

• Trash and recycling may not be left outside of front doors in the breezeways for ANY amount of time.

• No items such as empty pots, gardening tools, bags of soil, bikes, toys or other such items may be stored in the breezeways.

• No items are to be attached to any exterior surfaces of balconies . No pe*******on of walls or floors is allowed.

• No satellite dish of a diameter greater than three and one-third feet (3 1/3) shall be placed on the property. Satellite dishes may not be placed on the building, the roof or any banister or railing, or in any common area. Satellite dishes can ONLY be mounted on a weighted stand made for satellite dishes on a balcony. Satellite dishes placed in areas other than balconies will be removed and unit owners may be fined for per day of the violation, and charged removal fees.

• The use of outdoor grills on any portion of the buildings, including decks and balconies, is prohibited. Grilling is only allowed in common areas and grill use is limited to the grills provided by the Association.

Due to supply shortages, the roof replacement of the B and A Buildings will not begin until Monday, May 1st. Please remove cars from the highlighted areas for B by Midnight, Sunday, April 30th, and for A by Midnight, Tuesday, May 2nd. The SVCA, nor the roofing company, will not be responsible for any damage to cars left in the highlighted areas. Thanks for you cooperation!
