We are having a small gathering in western WI in Augest to start building up some of the infrastructure for Pagan Homeland. Info on it is posted below, will be doing a more detail schedule next month but will be working on the ideas of how to put together a land based project, maintaince and trouble shooting, mutual support and information sharing, vision for the future and the like. if you are interested personally or have a group to represent for this please drop a line and will send you a formal invite. Hi folks,The Hay River FireHaven council passed this attached proposal, and I was charged with forming a committee to work on planning. The hope is that your group can commit to at least have a rep attend and also have a representative join the planning committee if you wish. Probably plan by google meet. Please present this to your group and get back to me within 30days...Participation could include people from your management team, or regular members, and also reps from any groups that regularly use your land. We will need to have some kind of preregistration as our camp permit requires us to have adequate portas on site.We are excited to host this opportunity and hope you can participate! Proposal to sponsor an assembly of those who gather Pagans on the Land. Form an event committee to work with invited guests on schedule and programming. Prepare and submit a budget, with shared costs or sponsorship by HRFH in part. Determine porta needs and any camping fees. This has been informally discussed with Jack - Iacchus and Wade Mueller.
Purpose:To provide a time for discussion of our collective mission, vision, progress, and the challenges of developing landed Pagan Community. HRFH would invite and host the leadership and members of Sweetwood Temenos, Deeply Rooted, Atchingtan, and Circle Sanctuary. Great opportunity to introduce HRFH and broaden the audience of potential users.
Time: Early arrivals, Friday Evening Aug18th., Main arrivals Saturday morning Aug 19th, End Sunday Aug 20th.
