Ellen Martin, longtime Chief Operating Officer and later, Chief Executive Officer at Health Recovery Services (HRS) has retired after nearly 26 years at the helm of the Southeastern Ohio based behavioral health agency.
Nancy Dotson, formerly Director of Human Resources has been appointed the new CEO. Nancy brings a wealth of experience with all facets of the services HRS provides, and has built extensive connections with Health Recovery Services staff and community partners during her 38 years of service.
Teresa Lyons, another longtime employee of 37 years, 24 of them working in Human Resources alongside Nancy, has been named the new Human Resources Director.
Both Nancy and Teresa remain deeply committed to the mission and vision of Health Recovery Services, and are excited to lead the agency into an exciting and productive future.

**We do NOT require identification to attend the Harm Reduction Clinic.**

The Harm Reduction Clinic will be held at the Health Department, 278 West Union Street. A harm reduction clinic is held every Wednesday, 12:30-3PM. Anyone can pick up Naloxone at the clinic to use if someone they are with experiences an overdose. Naloxone (and training on how to administer it) is also available by appointment at the health department. Call us at 740-592-4431 to make an appointment or for more information.

The OhioHealth Substance Use Navigator will be present and Equitas Health will be on site to offer free HIV, Hep C, and Syphilis testing. Local produce is also available thanks to our partnership with Community Food Initiatives!
