Signs of overdose - Know them. Act fast.

Feeling cold, clammy, or spotting pale, pinpoint pupils? These aren’t subtle. Call 911, start rescue breathing, and use naloxone if available. Every second counts.

Share to empower your community. đź’ś

Harm reduction is about dignity, safety, and meeting people where they are. By centering compassion over judgment, harm reduction saves lives and strengthens communities.

At Red Project, we are committed to evidence-based, person-centered care that supports people who use drugs, people living with HIV, and all those impacted by systemic barriers. Through education, advocacy, and direct services, we work to reduce harm, challenge stigma, and build a world where health and justice are accessible to all. Harm reduction isn’t just one thing - it’s a framework built on 8 essential pillars that create safer, healthier communities.

Harm reduction is for everyone. It’s not about approval or disapproval - it’s about meeting people where they are and making sure they stay alive, stay safe, and stay supported.
