Last seen at:300 Block of Duane St., Astoria, OR

Incident Description:
Patricia A. Blake (68 years old) is from Astoria and was last seen in the area of 3rd and Duane on Sunday October 30, 2016 around 1:15 pm.

Mrs. Blake has medical issues that make it necessary that she receive regular medical attention and prescription medications.

Mrs. Blake was last seen wearing a knee length yellow wind breaker/ rain jacket with a hood. Mrs. Blake was also wearing turquoise green sweatpants, an olive grew stocking cap, and wire rim glasses. Mrs. Blake does not drive and does not have any family in the area besides her husband.

"Astoria 9 1 1 is inundated with calls about smoke and possible fire. Smoke in area is from eastern Oregon fires. Please do not call 911 except for smoke column or other sign of fire."
