A HUGE 🅣🅗🅐🅝🅚 🅨🅞🅤 to Frite & Scoop and our amazing community! Regatta Royalty Day was a Scooping Success!! 💙⚓️🍦
Thanks to the incredible generosity of Frite & Scoop, the Astoria Regatta received $1,100 for our Regatta Education Fund! They donated 100% of every sale, not a percentage and not just the profits, but every dollar brought in during two hours of Regatta Royalty Day! 🥰

We are also incredibly grateful to our past Regatta Court members Lillian, Melissa, Frances, Aubrey, and Ana, along with our current 2026 Regatta Princess Daphne, who showed up, rolled up their sleeves, and scooped ice cream for our community! 👑🍦

And, of course, thank you to everyone who came out! You supported a wonderful local small business while also helping invest in the future of our Regatta Court through the Regatta Education Fund.

This is what community is all about 🫶🏼 showing up, supporting one another, and making an incredible impact together. Thank you, Frite & Scoop! 💙

Jeff is truly an Astoria local celebrity and one of the most creative people in our community! From leading Astoria Underground tours to creating fascinating videos that bring our area’s history to life, his passion for preserving and sharing Astoria’s stories is incredible.

Regatta spirit also runs in the family! Jeff’s father was one of the founders of the beloved Astoria Clowns, making his connection to our community and its traditions even more special. 🤡💙

Happy belated birthday, Jeff! Thank you for sharing your creativity, knowledge, and unmistakable love for Astoria with all of us. 🥳

✨A heartfelt thank you to Holly McHone Jewelers for generously gifting Queen Teslyn and Princesses Daphne, MacKenzie, and Jordan custom silver Astoria Column necklaces. President Jenni Pinkstaff had the honor of presenting the necklaces during the Admiral’s Reception at the Columbia River Maritime Museum’s Barbey Maritime Center.

These special keepsakes beautifully represent Astoria and will forever remind our Court of their Regatta year and the community they proudly represent. We are so grateful for Holly McHone Jewelers’ generosity and continued support of the Astoria Regatta! ⚓️💜

⚓️💙 THANK YOU TO OUR INCREDIBLE SPONSORS & SUPPORTERS! 💙⚓️

The Astoria Regatta Association is incredibly grateful for the businesses, organizations, and individuals who helped make our 132nd Astoria Regatta Festival possible!

Your generosity allows us to continue celebrating Astoria’s rich maritime heritage, our community, and 132 years of Regatta tradition. From our Regatta Court and community events to the parades, ceremonies, and celebrations throughout the season — your support helps make it all happen.

👑 We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to the individuals who generously contributed to the Astoria Regatta Education Fund during Friday’s Regatta Luncheon. Your contributions directly support the education and future of the incredible young women who serve on our Regatta Court. Investing in these young women and their futures is such a meaningful way to carry the Regatta legacy forward.

We are so fortunate to live in a community where people and businesses continue to show up, give back, and invest in traditions that bring generations together.

To our sponsors, donors, volunteers, and community — THANK YOU! We truly couldn’t do it without you. 💙⚓️

The High Water Boat Parade brought the 2026 Astoria Regatta Festival to a close with the Astoria Riverfront lined with people celebrating one of our favorite maritime traditions. 💙 Thank you to all the boats who participated!!

🏆 Congratulations to our 2026 Boat Parade winners:

⛵️ Best of Sail: Highlander
🚢 Best of Commercial: WTC Tug Ocean Joy
⚓️ Best of Public Service: U.S. Coast Guard 47267 Motor Life Boat
✨ Best of Classic: Wigeon
👑 Queen’s Choice: Mary Lucille
🚤 Best of Power: Kaisa Dawn

Thank you to everyone who participated in the parade and to all who lined the Astoria riverfront to watch, wave, and celebrate with us!

There’s truly nothing quite like seeing our river filled with boats during Regatta. 🌊⚓️

The Bowline Hotel Watch Party was the place to be! KRKZ coverage, signature cocktails, live music by B.O.A.T. - thank you Josh, Ben, Josh, and Skyler! It’s pretty cool how the Bar Pilot boat can do those incredible cookies out on the river! Thank Michelle Murray announcing the boats as they made their way down the Columbia River!

The Regatta Court had the BEST time experiencing the parade from the water aboard the Bar Pilot boat, joined by President Jenni Pinkstaff and Treasurer Barbi Englund. They got an up close experience next to an out going ship. What an incredible way to end a week celebrating our community and maritime heritage! ⚓️

Thank you to the Bowline Hotel for hosting, the Astoria Bar Pilots for giving our Court such a memorable experience, and Justin Grafton Studios for beautifully capturing these moments from the water. 📸

From beginning to end, what a Regatta! 💙

⚓️✨ A GRAND celebration for our incredible Admiral Norma Hernandez!

Friday evening, we gathered at the Columbia River Maritime Museum’s Barbey Maritime Center for the Admiral’s Reception—a beautiful celebration honoring our 2026 Admiral, Norma Hernandez, and the incredible spirit she has brought to the Astoria Regatta.

Admiral Norma Hernandez is truly a VIBE! ✨ Her energy is contagious, her love for this community is undeniable, and the way she absolutely adores and supports our Regatta Court has been so beautiful to witness. 👑💙 A special shoutout as well to her best friend and Admiral’s Aide, Brett Estes, whose support and partnership throughout the festival have been such a meaningful part of this journey.

Perhaps Norma said it best herself:

“My heart is bursting with love and excitement, and this community ROCKS!” 💙⚓️

And we couldn’t agree more! This community, this tradition, and the people who pour their hearts into it are what make the Astoria Regatta so incredibly special.

A grand celebration like this takes a village, and we are so grateful to everyone who helped make the evening one to remember. 💙

✨Thank You to the Columbia River Maritime Museum for sponsoring the location

🍦 Thank you to Frite & Scoop for providing the delicious ice cream, served with smiles by past Regatta Princesses Ana Holen, Lillian Bigby, and Aubrey Harrington.

🍽️ Thank you to Pacifick Distillery for providing the wonderful food for the evening.

🍬 Thank you to Bruce’s Candy Kitchen for the incredible tray of Regatta-themed candies—the sweetest touch!

📸 Thank you to Justin Grafton Studios for beautifully capturing the moments and memories of this special evening.

✨ A huge thank you to Regatta President Jenni Pinkstaff for organizing such a GRAND event and for the heart, time, and dedication she pours into making Regatta Week so special.

And, of course, thank you to our incredible Regatta Board and Court mentors who give so much of their time and hearts to this beloved tradition. ⚓️💙

Cheers to Admiral Norma Hernandez, everyone who made this celebration possible, and an unforgettable 2026 Astoria Regatta! 👑⚓️✨

A heartfelt thank you to Justin Grafton Studios for so beautifully and respectfully capturing these somber moments from Friday’s Seaman’s Memorial Ceremony at Maritime Memorial Park.

Through these images, we remember. We honor. We hold close the fishermen, mariners, rescuers, and loved ones whose lives have been forever connected to the river and the sea.

Thank you, Justin, for preserving the emotion, reverence, and meaning of this incredibly moving ceremony. ⚓️🤍
