This year marks 170 years since Temple Lodge #7 (the 7th Masonic Lodge issued a charter in the Oregon Territory) first formed here in Astoria. Thank you so much to all who came out to celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the laying of the cornerstone of Seaport Lodge #7. Special thanks to the officers of the Grand Lodge of Oregon Freemasonry for honoring us with a Corn, Wine, and Oil ceremony and the lovely certificate. It was an amazing night we will not soon forget. Here’s to another 100 years of Masonry in Astoria!

With $1,000 of supplies donated, we know they will be put to great use enriching the lives of our brilliant young minds at Astor Elementary School. Congrats to all!

Friends of Seaport Lodge: In our 100th year in this building, we have taken an important first step in our efforts to repair and restore our beloved historic lodge building. With $40,000 raised so far in grant money and donations from other Masonic Lodges, we begin work this month! Now, we are asking you to help out with any donation you can make so we can continue to match grant funding and take the next step in preserving this important piece of Astoria's history.
