If you have an extra butcher animal that needs to go on the trailer with the Auction animals to Matts Meat after fair please fill out this form and submit it by midnight on Auction night! All animals going to Matt's Meat will be hauled out early Sunday morning.

We are still looking for a volunteer photographer to come take pictures of our 4-H Market Classes at the fair on Tuesday and Thursday of fair week!

Last year, the amazing Lindsey Isom volunteered her time for us. She also created an album of all the show pictures so that parents could purchase pictures that she took of their child showing! Everyone loved that! She is unable to be at fair this year so if you know of anyone that you think would be good, let us know!

Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls!

We know everyone is eager to get those buyer letters out with information about add-on donations.

This year, we've moved away from paper forms and transitioned to a new software system. While the change has taken a little extra time, this new system will be a huge improvement for our volunteers working behind the scenes and for our volunteer banking partners who generously process all of the payments.

We anticipate announcing the add-on donation link on Monday, July 6. Please keep an eye on our page for this exciting announcement. We have also asked the 4-H Office to share the information through their communication channels.

We truly appreciate your patience for just a few more days as we put the finishing touches on this new process.

Cow Hoof Trimming Day is almost here! This Saturday, June 27th at the Clatsop County Fair grounds! We will be set up on the far right side of the gravel parking lot! Starts at 9:30am!

Clatsop county 4-H and FFA kids who have show cattle that need their hooves trimmed for fair, please contact Jack Edwards to get on the list and for more info!! 503-338-0555.
