IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Our Children Are Welcome

At the Free Apostolic Church of Pentecost, we want every family to know something very important:

Your children are welcome here.

If your children are loud, please still come to church.

If you’re running late because getting everyone dressed and out the door was a challenge, please still come to church.

If your toddler won’t sit still, please still come to church.

If your baby needs to eat, please still come to church.

If your child asks questions at the least convenient moment, please still come to church.

If someone cries, drops a toy, needs a snack, or has to make another trip to the bathroom, please still come to church.

If your child doesn’t know all the words, all the prayers, or exactly when to sit and stand, please still come to church.

If you feel like you spent the entire service caring for your children and only heard a small part of the sermon, please still come to church.

If Sunday morning feels more hectic than peaceful, please still come to church.

If you worry that your children might be distracting the people around you, please still come to church.

Because children do not learn how to be part of the Church by staying home until they are old enough to sit quietly.

They learn by being here.

They learn the hymns by hearing us sing.

They learn to pray by hearing us pray.

They learn to worship by watching us worship.

They learn to love the Word of God by hearing it preached.

They learn fellowship by watching us care for one another.

And they learn that the House of God is their home because we make room for them here.

The little footsteps, the whispers, the dropped toys, the crying babies, and the voices of our children are not simply interruptions.

They are signs of a living and growing Church.

So bring the babies.
Bring the toddlers.
Bring the older children.

Come even if you are late. Sit wherever your family is comfortable. Step outside when you need to—and come right back in.

Just come.

Jesus said:

“Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.”
— Matthew 19:14 (ESV)

Our children are not simply the future of the Church.

They are part of the Church today.

The children sitting among us now are learning what it means to pray, worship, serve, love one another, and follow Christ. One day, they will be the men and women carrying the Gospel forward to another generation.

When we welcome children into the House of God, we are not merely making room for noise or movement.

We are making room for the next generation of believers.

At the Free Apostolic Church of Pentecost, there is a place for them.

There is a place for their parents.

There is a place for your family.

Come as a family.
Grow as a family.
Worship as a family.

✨ Exciting News from Our Church! ⛪️🙏

Our church improvement project is officially complete! The new lighting has been installed, and the church pews are now beautifully in place. We are excited to welcome everyone back into our renewed worship space!

Join us this Sunday for worship as we gather together in faith, fellowship, and thanksgiving. We can’t wait to see everyone! 🙏❤️
