St. Clair County Farmers Federation Women's Leadership Committee

St. Clair County Farmers Federation Women's Leadership Committee The Alabama Farmers Federation brings together women for a common cause.

The purpose of the Alabama Farmers Federation Women's Leadership Division at both the state and county level is to provide an opportunity for women to actively participate in the policymaking and policy execution activities. Recognizing those activities particularly suited to the talents of women, Federation women are encouraged to play a major role in the overall organization. The Women's Leaders

hip program is organizationally structured as an "arm of the board" and acts as a liaison between the board and the membership in helping implement policies and programs of the organization. All projects and programs of the women have administrative requirements equal to all other Farmers Federation programs including the approval of the Board whether at the county or state level.
