The Way is a non-profit organization started by Village Chapel Church in Ashville that is an outreach to the youth within the town as well as anyone who has a passion for skateboarding, biking, scootering and just about everything with wheels. This is a safe place for anyone to come hang out, meet new people, ride, learn new tricks, worship together and get to know Jesus!! Our vision is to add new
equipment when needed and to have many people in the area accept Jesus Christ into their lives. Additionally, the vision entails the skatepark ministry expanding and adding other related ministries that tackle the chains that continue to bind the youth in our community such as drug/alcohol addictions, the challenges of being a single parent/teen parents, hunger, homelessness and helplessness.
