We hold classes and demonstrations on cooking, canning, fermenting, tasting local foods! We also have the capacity to hold small group meetings or events. We sell local favorites: Coltman Honey, Bissell Maple Syrup, Mud Run Farms organic and Ohio-grown buckwheat (from Geneva!), whole wheat, spelt flours and corn meal, puffed corn and spelt berries! es by As Nature Intended and Red Beet Row. Cheeses: Mayfield Road Creamery, indeed, from Orwell, Havarti, Gouda, Brie and more. Mackenzie Creamery Chevre from Hiram. Both creameries are award-winning! Other faves: cutting boards from Ashtabula hardwoods, knitted gloves, ceramic mugs and plates. Hazelnuts from Geauga County. Fermentation vessels in 1 - 3 gallon sizes, one-gallon glass jars with air locks for wine making, canning supplies including glass jars/tools/water bath and pressure canners. 🚨 USDA is making $7.5 million in grant funding available to support cold chain equipment investments that help food assistance entities temporarily store, effectively package, and distribute fresh, frozen, and minimally processed foods.

Eligible non-profit organizations may apply for the Cold Chain Grants for Emergency Food Assistance Program through https://grants.gov by 11:59 PM ET on Oct. 1, 2026.
