Future beef producers wanted! Youth ages 10–16 are invited to a fun, hands-on Junior Beef Producers Workshop on Tuesday, June 9, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Carrington Research Extension Center. Participants will learn about the beef industry from pasture to plate through activities focused on cattle care, nutrition, food safety, grilling and more — plus a tour of a local meat processor.

Cost: $20 (includes lunch and materials)
