This morning at Rotary we heard from Chloe Gomez who was our scholarship winner for the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards. She attended the camp and reported back to us what it meant to her. A few hardy Ashland Rotary Club members brought joy, candy and ducks to kids of all ages at the Ashland Fall Festival on Saturday evening. The human slot machine was a big hit and everyone was a winner🏆. Thanks to AG Women's club for hosting and to Pastor Dave, Joel and Wayne for helping President Janece.

We are so close to eradicating polio worldwide. Rotary International partners with the Gates Foundation to distribute vaccine to children across the globe, especially Pakistan and Afghanistan where the last few cases have been. Ashland Rotary supports this effort with our donations.

Today was the official groundbreaking for the improvements for the 21st and Euclid Park. This was a cooperative effort funded by Ashland Rotary Club, City of Ashland and Calvin's Legacy Foundation. We were joined by Communities for Kids and Rosenboom construction. Thanks to everyone who is making this project a reality. It will make this park accessible for wheelchairs, bikes and strollers. We're excited to make this park a better place for all.
