2:42 Youth Ministry

2:42 Youth Ministry "DEVOTED disciples of Jesus" Our ministry serves students in 6th through 12th grade. We are taking the steps to do that and would love for you to join us.

It is our desire that we join our church’s mission of “Knowing, Growing, and Showing the Love of Christ” by immersing ourselves in that love. We meet at Christ Community EFC on Sunday nights from 6:00 - 8:00pm for a time of devotion, fun, and fellowship and Sunday mornings at 9:00 am for Sunday School. There is a scriptural thread that weaves through our ministry both past, present and future. Our

past scripture verse was 1 Timothy 4:12(English Standard Version), which said, ”Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.” However, as Paul continues to encourage Timothy he reveal what our ministry is striving for, “Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to exhortation, to teaching. Do not neglect the gift you have, which was given you by prophecy when the council of elders laid their hands on you. Practice these things, immerse yourself in them, so that all may see your progress.

Quick Update!

We're simplifying the way we communicate at Christ Community. Beginning in September, all of our youth ministry announcements and updates will be shared through the Christ Community EFC page rather than this separate youth page.

If you haven't already, be sure to follow our main church page so you don't miss youth group announcements, events, and other general church updates! We also just started an Instagram account, so give us a follow there as well!!

This page will be discontinued at the end of August. We're excited to have our church family all connected in one place!
