We offer Tea Ceremony, GongFu sessions, and High Grade Teas.. Mountain Tea Temple provides Sacred space for the individual and collective to create a relationship with Tea as medicine. ChaDao(Way of Tea) approaches this medicine as Health, Lifestyle, and Self Cultivation. Tea is meditation and creating a practice first approach to Tea will cultivate Harmony within yourself, to Nature and each other. Tea is an Ancient friend who meets us in our world. We are being called to Listen to her Wisdom.

Quietude pervades the late afternoon home~
A child sleeps on the couch as the faint crackling of a waning fire relaxes~
Mama and baby sleep in bed while I'm in the Tea Den sipping Imperial grade Shoucha~
Melodies of rain massaging my nervous system into a state of calm~
Feeling the gentle cool breeze from an open window somewhere in the house~
I take a deep inhale of an old growth forest in my cup as the afternoon air performs tai chi all around me~
Expansion and contraction bring wholeness as my Spirit returns to its body—receiving the environment with a wide open heart, full of Gratitude~
